4. Virtual Malaysia Account

A “Virtual Malaysia Account” is a personal account used to conduct legitimate transactions, including placing bets and participating in gaming activities. The account is created to maintain a commercial relationship between the Account Holder and Virtual Malaysia for gaming and betting transactions.

5. Contract and Governing Law

The laws of Malaysia govern the contractual relationship between Virtual Malaysia and the Account Holder. All disputes arising from this contract will be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction. The Place of the Contract is Malaysia, and any legal actions will be handled following Malaysian law. The regulatory body overseeing this contract is the Malaysia Gaming Authority.

6. Licenses

Virtual Malaysia is fully licensed and regulated by the Gaming Services Provider N.V., responsible for ensuring compliance with gambling laws in Malaysia. This license authorizes Virtual Malaysia to provide fixed odds betting and other gaming services by Malaysian regulations.

7. Eligibility and Account Registration

12. Inactive Accounts

If an account has not logged in or out for 12 consecutive months, it will be deemed inactive. Virtual Malaysia reserves the right to close inactive accounts and forfeit any remaining balances after a reasonable attempt to contact the Account Holder.
